Welcome to Night Fall Events. Thank you for showing interest in joining our growing community of performers. We’re looking for you!! We supply entertainment to weddings, birthdays and corporate functions. We have worked with some amazing people over the years and we hope you could be working with us on our very next engagement.

Please read this agreement carefully and if you have any questions raise them immediately with Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events. Please note that cancellation of this agreement can be given in writing with 30 days notice by either party.

With effect from Thursday, 06 January 2022 Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events undertakes to act as an intermediary processing payments between the self-employed artist agreeing to this document (service provider) and the individual who requires the service (service receiver). By signing this document the service provider agrees that they will not hold Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events liable for amounts that have not been paid to Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events by the service receiver.

Declarations and Understandings

I am a self-employed contractor, I am not an employee of Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events or any of their clients.

I am solely responsible for my own liability to HM Revenue and Customs and any payments I receive from Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events on behalf of their clients will be gross of any applicable tax and/or NI contributions that I may be liable for.

I will provide a professional service at all times.

The artists assigned agree that Real Music Promotions Limited T/a Hi-Tek Entertainment & Night Fall Events acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for non-fulfilment of bookings by the client although every safeguard is assured.

I am aware of the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 and implement controls to protect my hearing.
